Kontron 3.5"-SBC-SKL is a 3.5" Intel® single board computer, based on 6th Generation Intel® Core™ and Celeron® U-Series Processors, providing an upgraded option for high performance platform solutions.

4K Ultra HD Resolutions

With Intel® HD Graphics 520 / 510 integrated GPU inside, 3.5"-SBC-SKL outputs graphic and video contents at 4K Ultra HD resolution. With a higher-speed and wider-bandwidth HDMI 2.0 video transmission interface, 3.5"-SBC-SKL can fully support 4K content playback at a smooth 60 frames per second without compromising the quality of visual effects.

Faster & Reliable DDR4 Memory

With two SO-DIMM sockets supporting DDR4 memory delivering up to 50% higher bandwidth and up to 40% lower power savings over previous memory technologies, 3.5"-SBC-SKL can help enhance the overall computing environment of the system you are developing. In addition, DDR4 provides greater data reliability and signal integrity, making 3.5"-SBC-SKL ideal for many business-critical and mission-critical applications.

Faster SATA 3.0 Storage Access

With up to two new-generation SATA 3.0 sockets on-board, 3.5"-SBC-SKL supports faster access to HDD / SSD storage devices, thus making it suitable for applications that need to handle heavy video streaming, such as digital signage, gaming, video surveillance or video conferencing.

M.2 Multi-functional integration

3.5"-SBC-SKL reserves space for one M.2 Key B socket and allows users to expand possible SSD storage, peripherals or functionality, such as USB, WWAN (3G, 4G) or GNSS (GPS), through a highly-integrated M.2 module. This kind of design saves space typically occupied by a variety of bulky peripheral ports and modules on the board and makes smaller and thinner embedded systems possible.
